  • You request the refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the item.

We do not offer refunds for the following items:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • Sale or discounted items.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and send you instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return the Item: Send back the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost will be borne by you unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  1. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method or bank processing times.
  • For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit based on your preference.
  1. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you desire. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving it. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered

In case you receive an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra charge.

  1. Exceptions

In exceptional cases where the refund policy cannot be applied due to unique circumstances (such as promotions, shipping restrictions, or other special conditions), our customer service team will reach out to discuss alternative solutions.
